These are the kind of stories that keep Style Lush TV doing  what we are doing in this great city. Everywhere we go, we express how much we love the OPEN Downtown Pop-up Shop concept. Very recently, a great local entrepreneur turned her dream into a reality and we could not wait to share it with you.

OPEN Downtown Pop-up Shop, Eye Candy Boutique, has transitioned to a long-term boutique at 531 Navarro St., San Antonio, Texas, 78205, just in time for holiday shopping. This one-of-a kind shop offers new arrivals each week, with special holiday hours in December: Monday through Friday, 11 a.m. – 7 p.m. and Saturday/ Sunday 12 – 6 p.m.

Eye Candy Boutique participated in the OPEN Downtown Pop-Up shops last May, set up to drive business to St. Paul Square, and the 90-day activation created to drive traffic to 531 Navarro St. This program is a conjoint effort with the Center City Development & Operations Department and property owners which allows entrepreneurs in the San Antonio area an opportunity for a short-term lease to run their small businesses in vacant properties in downtown San Antonio.

“I couldn’t have asked for a better location to start the boutique and am so grateful to San Antonians that are now regular clients and consistently support the brand,” says Elsa Fernandez, owner of Eye Candy Boutique. “The renovated space in which I was only to be set-up 90 days has now become the home of Eye Candy Boutique and it is beyond thrilling to be here during the Holidays. The biggest thank you goes to the City of San Antonio, the CCDO and the OPEN Downtown Pop-Up Shop program for this invaluable experience.”
