Spend an evening with Annie Leibovitz as she makes a stop in our beloved Alamo City. Having photographed some of the most prominent and powerful subjects of our lifetime it’s the unexpected and deeply personal aura she captures that has solidified her as an icon.

In honor of her recently updated book, “Annie Leibovitz at Work”, originally published in 2008, Leibovitz is taking a tour around the world discussing a selection of her images. The portraiture master steers her book towards new photographers and those interested in photography. There are mentions of the young Leibovitz who worked for Rolling Stone before it was ROLLING STONE, and how her very first camera was bought in Japan and the first thing she did was take it with her on a climb up Mount Fuji. Leibovitz speaks to the romance of photography and how to visualize it while discussing the techniques behind some of her famous images.
