Bravo to Debut New Show Texicanas featuring San Antonio Women this Spring

After months of anticipation after Bravo hinted towards a new Real Housewives franchise series based in San Antonio, TX, the network finally announced the debut of Texicanas! The docuseries follows 6 Mexican-American women as they navigate love, family, and, of course, drama, all while maintaining their connection to Mexican culture and traditions.

Penny AyarzagoitiaLorena MartinezAnayancy NolascoKarla Ramirez, Mayra Farret and Luz Ortiz headline the show while highlighting local sights, cultural events and all of our favorite spots. The stylish ladies are all of Mexican descent and have either lived in Mexico or where born there before calling San Antonio home. They all have prominent businesses in the Alamo City and will take us inside their lavish Texan lives.

Many of our city’s best local businesses, fashion retailers, hair and makeup innovators will be featured, so we’ll be keeping our eyes peeled for those highlights. We might even make it a fun drinking game á la “Watch What Happens, Live” with Andy Cohen [21+], so if you recognize a local fashion retailer/designer, Hair/Makeup Innovator go ahead and take a sip of your margarita, when the show premieres on Bravo, Tuesday May 7th, at 10/9c!
