San Antonio born model, Maya Henry is on the rise and we’re loving every minute of it! The 18 year old daughter of prominent attorney, Thomas J. Henry, gained national attention when the news broke of her very lavish, multi-million dollar 15th Birthday, Quinceañera, party held at Six Flags Fiesta Texas, even making an appearance on Dr. Phil as a guest right after. Then, bursted into the scene as a high fashion model when she opened for Dolce & Gabbana in Mexico City in the Spring of 2018 [full story here]. Ever since, she’s been landing campaign after campaign. From multiple Dolce & Gabbana shows and print ads to Paris Fashion Week, the Cannes Film Festival and even a cameo in the Old Town Road music video, Maya has been making a splash in the fashion world with no sign of slowing down in sight. Here’s a timeline of the rising model.
April 2018, Maya opens for Dolce & Gabbana Alta Moda in Mexico City.
June 2018, on the cover of Elle Czech spread.
July 2018, Henry walks the Dolce & Gabbana Alta Moda runway in Lake Como, Italy.
September 2018, Maya and the Henry clan grace the runway at the D&G SS19 show in Milan, followed by a family infused campaign which included mom, Azteca, grandmother “The Abuelita” Teresa, and brother Henry.
December 2018, Henry lands cover of Harpers Bazaar Serbia, followed by more covers, including Elle Romania, Glamour Romania, Galore and TMRW.

March 2019, the women of the Henry family are featured in a D&G campaign.
July 2019, Maya debuts at Paris Fashion Week walking for Lebanese Designer Rami Kadi and is featured in Vogue Arabia breaking down her behind the scenes experience. “When Rami invited me to walk in the show, there was no hesitation. His collections are a celebration of women who feel confident about their style,” said Henry in her interview with Vogue.
Maya also just walked for the latest D&G show, set in Sicily in an ancient ruin to an ethereal Roman Empire inspired theme.

The young model has had a fairly quick rise to stardom, while continuing to stay true to her Texan roots and continuously supporting local charities like The Ferrari Kid, SA YES, and Kanines & Kitties. Maya Henry has a very promising career ahead of her and we’re excited to see where it leads her next.
