“Paris-31 rue Cambon” was the name Director Virginie Viard titled the pre-fall 2020 collection at her Metiers d’Art show. Inspired by Coco Chanel’s legendary journey from 1910 milliner shop (“Chanel Modes” at Number 21) to her haute couture salons at Number 31, Viard was captivated by the classic essence of Coco’s iconic apartment study decorated in black, beige, crystal, and old gold, still preserved today.

Designer Tonya Tailor was inspired by artist Lee Krasner’s abstract expressionism art and the Krasner-Pollock house. Tailor incorporated ruffles, floral and brushstrokes, eye popping tones of cobalt, pink, lilac and mint set a youthful light vibe.
