New year, new workout plan! As all the New Year Resolutions start taking shape, we may be overloaded with options and seeking multiple wellness locations to satisfy your needs can be a daunting task. First and foremost, you need to determine what your needs are. Are you looking to shed those pounds? Do you want to build more lean muscle or stamina? Or are you looking for one on one care or group workouts? Once you decide your best fit, then you can try out those options with trial periods most gyms and/or studios offer to see what fits most with your lifestyle and personality.
We recently visited inBalance Studios to check out some of their signature and newer classes, realizing that it’s so much easier to stick to those resolutions when they make it easy and fun! For this session, we tried out the signature Pilates Tone class and it felt amazing. There is definitely work involved, but it’s methodic and deliberate. The focus is on the form rather than the intensity, therefore creating longer and leaner muscle. Plus, we worked to the rhythm of great music, which makes it even better!

How does it work?
This Program is broken up into 3 stages. Hope has created a step by step plan that takes you through all the steps required to make meaningful and lasting changes in your life, from auditing your pantry, your current diet, your mindset, as well as providing ample education about the foods that you should be including in your diet, how to incorporate these, eating for your body type and how to stick to the plan while still enjoying your glass of wine or dessert now and again.
