This April, discover the only resource you’ll ever need to stay on top of sustainability in Texas!

You have to be living under a rock to not understand how much sustainability is the most trending, if not, single most important factor in the changing fashion industry today. If you are not incorporating this mentality, even in part, into your company culture, consider your business strategy antiquated and for lack of a better phrase, gone way of the dodo. We understand it’s not always easy to know where to go or who to talk to when it comes to being sustainable, but we here at Style Lush TV and the Texas Fashion Industry Initiative look no further than The Ethical Network of San Antonio (ENSA)!

The Ethical Network of San Antonio (ENSA) is a group of local people and businesses who are prioritizing ethics into their work and purchases and striving to come together to support education on the subject, ethical and sustainable business practices, local job creation, and positive social and environmental impact.

Want to stay on the cutting edge of sustainability, and resources to stay on track? Then The Ethical Network of San Antonio (ENSA) is a must for you this upcoming month. Starting in April, The Ethical Network of San Antonio (ENSA) will be launching a membership drive and fundraiser.

The month-long event will be held via their various social media platforms and will highlight local small businesses in tune with the sustainability movement. There will also be panel talks about the exciting things the organization is doing, along with great opportunities to connect with local entrepreneurs, ENSA leadership, and resources to support local sustainable businesses and even become a member.

“We’re all about providing a platform for small businesses that are thinking about people and the planet and not just profits,” says Sharmon Lebby, president of the non-profit organization. “It’s also important for us to educate people  about the many benefits of sustainability to help these businesses thrive in a supportive and engaged community.”

Over the years The Ethical Network of San Antonio (ENSA) has worked with over 100 small businesses, in an effort to raise awareness of ethical and sustainable consumerism in San Antonio and Texas. They hope to continue being a resource for businesses and people looking to shop consciously. To participate, follow them on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube or visit them at ethicalnetworksa.org. You can also donate to ENSA through Facebook or PayPal, where 100% of donations given will go directly to the non-profit.

She began her career in Hollywood, California, where she worked for major record labels such as Virgin Records, Interscope Records, EMI Music and Capitol Records. Later after attaining her fashion degree, she was discovered by MySpace, Inc. and was immediately hired to be their Fashion Curator starring and producing her show THE B-SPOT Fashion & Trends on their Fashion & Shopping channel. During this time, online media was in its infancy. She and her colleagues pioneered and molded the online fashion media industry resulting in over 10 years of experience in fashion news and 20 years of experience in fashion video content. Many of the stylized ideas and tools that were launched through these platforms are still used to this day as industry standards for online fashion media. Later, with her extensive experience in developing online fashion media, she continued the show independently and has successfully rebranded THE B-SPOT into Style Lush TV online fashion network. Now, with over nine professional years in online fashion media and trend forecasting, she continues to pioneer, maneuver and develop her industry. She is currently the Editor-in-Chief of Style Lush TV. She is also the President of the Texas Fashion Industry Initiative.
