19 Mar Luxury has a new Address in Houston, Valentino moves to The Galleria
The Italian luxury fashion house, Valentino, has shaped the modern fashion world with its classic Italian esthetic mixed with rockstar punk edge for over 60 years. From the iconic Signature V Logo to breathtaking couture, to the edgy Rockstud and now the Roman Stud dawning shoes, handbags, and jewelry, Maison Valentino’s Creative Director, Pierpaolo Piccioli’s rebellious romanticism is a reminder that luxury and rebellion can coexist and, in fact, revolutionize the fashion world.
Valentino’s Ready to Wear lines for women and for men, including Valentino Garavani accessories lines that include shoes, bags, small leather goods, eyewear, scarves, ties, and fragrances can be found in over 100 countries through 175 Valentino directly-operated boutiques and over 1,500 points of sale. Texas is home to two boutiques, in Dallas and in Houston.

In an effort to expand the product offering, their Houston boutique has recently relocated to a much larger location within The Galleria located at 5015 Westheimer Road, Houston, Texas as of March 1st 2021. The 4,000 square foot boutique marks an important step in the development of Valentino’s worldwide retail network expansion and it continues the innovative concept developed by Piccioli, himself.

The interior is designed to complement the pieces on display, using a range of discreetly opulent materials, like grey Venetian terrazzo, walnut, velvet, and kilim wool, deliberately allowing us to focus our attention on the collections and evoke a sense of intimacy for an unequivocal luxe experience for the shoppers.
The collection is displayed on minimalistic shelving and on hanging elements, which are supported by black metal fixtures around the perimeter. Incorporating LED lighting, each shelf or display is individually and creates the illusion of being invisibly illuminated as if it were an art installation. Lavish texture is added with accents of green and blush velvet, creating a luxurious fitting room experience.

The new boutique carries all womenswear and menswear product categories: ready-to-wear, accessories, and fragrances. The new global store concept for Valentino collections creates a personal atmosphere while still maintaining the brand’s fundamental values of craftsmanship, romanticism, and classical style.
